Online Store Exchanges and Returns

• You have 15 days to make an exchange or an online return.
  
  
• You can use our stores to drop off your order and initiate the online exchange or return process free of charge.
  
• Our physical stores are not a place for exchanging online orders, but rather a means through which we can facilitate the return of online orders to our warehouse in a simple and free way for our customers.
  
  
• To make an exchange, you must first return the item to our warehouse, and then you can place a new order.
  
  
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with its original tags.
  
  
• Returns of underwear, socks, or swimsuits are not accepted.

 

 

RETURNS

STEP 1:

Place your return in a protective box.

You must use a secure box according to the size and volume of the products.
The original Colors of Basque Country box will work.

STEP 2:

Print the return form.

Download the return form HERE. Print it, complete it, and put it inside the box.

If you do not have means to print the form, please include a sheet with the requested data.

STEP 3:

Choose whether you prefer to send your order to our warehouse or drop it off for free at one of our physical stores.

Option 1. Use the shipping company of your choice and send your products to the following address:

Option 2. Drop off the products to be returned for free at one of our physical stores. From there, we will send it to our online store warehouse to proceed with the return.

STEP 4:

Receive your refund.

Once we verify and approve the quality of the returned products at the warehouse, we will issue the credit to the same payment method used for the order, and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days.

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, you must first return the product following the previous procedure, and once it arrives at our warehouse and its condition is assessed, we can proceed with the exchange.

 

Please notify us at support@colorsofbasquecountry.com of your intention to make a product exchange, and we will help you complete it.
