Shipping Policy

Delivery time:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipments will be made within 24-48 working hours.

Delivery will be within 2-5 working days on the peninsula.

 

Please note that shipments are not made on weekends or holidays. In case of any incident (delay, transport failure, etc.), please contact us so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

 

This delivery time refers to national shipments within the peninsula; for island shipments or other areas, please consult us before placing your order via email at team@colorsofbasquecountry.com from 10:30 to 13:30 or from 16:30 to 20:00.

 

You can also select the in-store pickup option, which has no shipping costs. You can pick up your order at our store “Colors of Basque Country” at Calle Narrika 1. 20003 DONOSTIA-SAN SEBASTIAN GIPUZKOA or at Calle Bidebarrieta 11. 48005. BILBAO VIZCAYA, Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 20:00 or Saturdays from 11:30 to 20:00. 

 

Customs

Shipping costs (Spain and peninsular Portugal)

Shipping costs to peninsular Spain are €6.50 or free for purchases over €75.

 

Shipping costs to Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira, and Azores.

Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira, and Azores are €20 or free for purchases over €100.

 

Shipping costs (General Europe)

Shipping costs to Europe are €20 or free for purchases over €150.

Shipments take 5-7 working days.

 

Shipping costs (United Kingdom)

Shipping costs to the UK are £20 or free for purchases over £150.

 

Shipping costs (Switzerland)

Shipping costs to Switzerland are €25 or free for purchases over €150.

 

Shipping costs (United States and Puerto Rico)

Shipping costs to any US state are €70 or free for purchases over €300.
